Due to the product’s delicate nature, the bombs may crack during shipping, but this does not affect the usefulness of the bath bomb and refunds will not be given for slightly cracked fizzies. We do our best to ensure bath bombs are safely packaged so they arrive in the best possible condition. Should you receive a smashed or outright broken item, please contact me immediately for a free replacement.
